My method of tranformational coaching is client led and conversational. Laughing and maybe shedding a tear or two we will work together, we will explore your inner world the real you. Your values, assumptions and your beliefs about your life. We will explore together what needs are not being met and what it would look like if they were. We will explore the things you do, say, and think. I may nod my head knowingly while stroking my beard agreeing with you, and I may just challenge some of your beliefs. All of this though will be from a place of love, compassion, and empathy. You will be truly heard and you will move forward through the barriers that hold you back

Pause for a moment. What is the last thing you did to make you happy? Did you, go to the gym, go on a nice holiday to Greece, buy a new car, drink a glass or two of wine, go to a flashy restaurant, get a great tattoo. Here’s the thing.
